Location is excellent very close to the centre. Very happy with the room. Enough towels and linen. Staff very friendly. Would recommend this place to anyone staying in Wroclaw
Superb location, 5 minutes walk away from the Market Square city center. There's a small paid private parking behind the hotel (needs reservation!). The rooms are large enough, but not very clean. During your stay they don't enter your room, no cleaning or changing of bed sheets is done, no clean towels. Might be possible to ask for it, but likely for an additional charge.
Staff is friendly, knowledge of English seems limited to the reception ladies. Breakfast at additional charge (around 9 euro), which is ok. The one lady attending the breakfast area can't keep up when it gets busy on the weekend, during the week it's fine and then breakfast options are good. Airconditioning is available in each room, small fridge, water cooker.
Quite simply the most obnoxious, inept, rude, unprofessional reception staff I've encountered in 50 years of travel. I specifically stated that I needed the private parking on the online booking form, and received a phone call from the …
Good quality refurb. Well located near old town. Headboard was a bit dusty. Shower gel was empty and the air con made an intermittent buzz which disturbed sleep. Tap frequently failed. Room not cleaned once over three days. Had to ask for more tea and coffee. Pricing went from £52 over a weekend to over £70 for a week day. Found a much better value hotel nearby.
The room we have doesn’t look at all like the photos on trip advisor.|We asked for extra pillows at 3pm, at 8pm she said 10 minutes. Then she came back with, she doesn’t have the key to the room with pillows. At 3 she said she called housekeeping…|The entrance is through the alley, next to the garbage cans. Awful
Had to give one star as no option not to award any.
Send a booking request while travelling from the UK requesting a parking space only to be told on arrival that no space was available Staff claimed that they send the message saying there was no space which we never received. They calked us while we were driving to ask whether we wanted an invoice and what time we would be arriving , but did not BOTHER to mention that there was no space available ! When we arrived we were told that there was no parking and that they could cancel our reservation if we wanted! All that was done in a casual manner as if nothing has happened and that fact someone had driven through half of the Europe did not matter at all. No apologies , nothing. Asked to speak to the manager - was told manager was not working and there was no duty manager available either. Asked for the name - was told that this information could not be disclosed. Absolutely appalling customer service , poor English skills not to mention customer service skills. Hotel website states that free parking is available but fails to say that the total number of spaces is 16. Avoid at all costs .
I am not an easy person to be impressed by something, but "Dikul" Hotel just did that!!!! Superbly designed in both functionality and interior design! Very spacious room fully equipped (desk, fridge, safe box etc)Two large windows with electric curtains controlled from the bed side. Large very well equipped bathroom (handicapped accommodation) Very pleasant and helpful staff! Overall Great Hotel experience in the prime location in Wroclaw!!!!
We did not receive the room we reserved. We received a handicapped room, with a small bed and very uncomfortable for us.
